Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Only after 7 days of delivery items can be exchanged. 

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition with all tags intact for it to be qualified for exchange

  • An original receipt or proof of payment is needed to initiate exchange. 

  • Exchange requests depend on product or variant availability at that time.

Exchange Process

  • After you send your order id and reason for exchange we will initiate your  orders. 

  • A member of our team will conduct a review of your request before organizing a return pickup service if needed.

  • After receiving the return item and passing inspection, replacement will be Delivered in 3-4 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items brought on sale/offers are not eligible for any kind of exchange unless they are damaged or defective. 

  • Used items in any way are not eligible for any kind of exchange. 

Important Notes

  • If the reverse pickup service is not active in your area then you must ship the product to our designated address yourself.

  • We will assess the product and your request can be denied when inspecting returned items which fail to live up to our quality demands.

    Refund Policy

    • Return can be done within 3–4 working days from the date of receiving your order.
    • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

    • Once your return is approved, the refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 3–4 working days.
